Accommodation: 29 double rooms, 13 twin rooms, 16 single rooms, 3 studios, 7 apartments, 2 VIP apartments, all of which air-conditioning, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, minibar.

Facilties: The main restaurant has 140 seats with a stylish interior and panoramic tarrace with a beautiful view over Yantra river and the Old Town and a Panoramic Folk-Style Reastaurant-Barbeque with 80 seats and a terrace that gives the opportunity to its guests to enjoy the panoramic overview from the 15^th floor, while tasting the typical Bulgarian dishes and barbeque specialities. It offers an inner swimming pool, modern fitness center with most proffecional apparatus and devices, technogym, sauna, steam bad, solarium, jacuzzi, traditional and specialized massages, as well as perfect trained instructors, who help the guest to relax and re-chgarge after a hard day. At any time of the year the hotel centre offers conditions for organizing conference meetings in 3 conference halls (80-100, 35-60 and 20-25 seats) with full technical equipment.

The booking chain is as follows:
1. Once you have chosen the hotel that you wish to book, click on the 'Book Now' button.
2. For each room you wish to book, select the arrival date,  the number of nights,  the type of room you want, and the number of adults or children per room. Select the approximate time of arrival and your choice of 'smoking' or 'non smoking' room when offered and click on 'Continue' button.
3. Fill in the form with all the personal details requested, then click on 'Book Now' button.
4. On the next page, check the information recapitulating your booking. If you wish to change it, click on the 'Cancel' button.
5. If you wish to continue, tick the box asking you to accept the hotel's General Sales Terms And Conditions after reading them then click on the 'Submit the booking' button.
6. On the next page, enter the type, number of credit card you will be using to guarantee you booking and the number, the name of the card holder, its expiry date and the figures of the cryptogram on the back of the card. Then click on the 'Pay Now' button.
7. The last page informs you that your booking has been registered and gives you your booking number. You can print this page by clicking on the your print button on your computer.
8. You will receive an email from us recapitulating your booking details.
9. In the terms of 24 hours /Mon – Fri, 09:00-18:30h/, you will receive our final 'Booking Confirmation Sheet'. You can print this page by clicking on the your print button on your computer. Be sure you keep and  bring this Booking Confirmation Sheet upon arrival in the hotel.
10. If you want to receive Invoice, please tick the box asking you 'Do you need original invoice?'. You will receive scanned copy with stamp and signature to your e-mail address. If you need the Invoice to be received to a postal address, please contact us at: office@alexandertour.com
