Hotels in Sofia: Hemus Hotel

Location: The three-stars Hemus Hotel is located next to the National Palace of Culture, near the administrative and cultural center of the capital. The hotel offers 125 double and 45 single rooms, as well as 8 small suites with direct dial phones and satellite TV.

Accommodation: The Hotel Hemus rooms are well appointed with a writing desk, direct dial telephone, private shower and bathroom. There is satellite TV in 40 of the rooms.

Hotel Facilities: restaurants and bar, coffee and pastry shop, nightclub, hairdressers, souvenir shop, air tickets office and parking place. For guests' covenience safety deposit box and valet services are offered. Dine in the Red Saloon Restaurant, or indulge in a pastry and coffee in the Markrit. The Hotel Hemus also invites you to relax in its bars, both day and night, or try your luck in the Bingo Saloon. In the lounge of the hotel, you will find a currency exchange desk, airline ticket bureau, souvenir shop, and a hairdressers saloon. Conference hall is also available to host a meeting for up to 30 people.

The booking chain is as follows:
1. Once you have chosen the hotel that you wish to book, click on the 'Book Now' button.
2. For each room you wish to book, select the arrival date,  the number of nights,  the type of room you want, and the number of adults or children per room. Select the approximate time of arrival and your choice of 'smoking' or 'non smoking' room when offered and click on 'Continue' button.
3. Fill in the form with all the personal details requested, then click on 'Book Now' button.
4. On the next page, check the information recapitulating your booking. If you wish to change it, click on the 'Cancel' button.
5. If you wish to continue, tick the box asking you to accept the hotel's General Sales Terms And Conditions after reading them then click on the 'Submit the booking' button.
6. On the next page, enter the type, number of credit card you will be using to guarantee you booking and the number, the name of the card holder, its expiry date and the figures of the cryptogram on the back of the card. Then click on the 'Pay Now' button.
7. The last page informs you that your booking has been registered and gives you your booking number. You can print this page by clicking on the your print button on your computer.
8. You will receive an email from us recapitulating your booking details.
9. In the terms of 24 hours /Mon – Fri, 09:00-18:30h/, you will receive our final 'Booking Confirmation Sheet'. You can print this page by clicking on the your print button on your computer. Be sure you keep and  bring this Booking Confirmation Sheet upon arrival in the hotel.
10. If you want to receive Invoice, please tick the box asking you 'Do you need original invoice?'. You will receive scanned copy with stamp and signature to your e-mail address. If you need the Invoice to be received to a postal address, please contact us at: office@alexandertour.com
