Location: The 4-star Art'Otel is located in the heart of Sofia within a walking distance to business district, governmental offices, shopping area and tourist attractions.
10 km from Sofia International Airport. The address of the hotel is Sofia 1000, 44 William Gladstone Str.

Accommodation: The hotel has 7 single and 5 twin classic rooms, 6 deluxe rooms, 1 tower room, 3 suites. All rooms are equipped with comfortable furniture and direct dial phone lines, cable TV, mini bar, private bathroom, hairdryer, Internet access, magnetic card lock, safe deposit box. Air conditioning.

Facilities: The hotel offers room service, laundry and dry cleaning. Cosy modern restaurant with sumer garden, lobby bar, fitness, sauna and massage room.

The booking chain is as follows:
1. Once you have chosen the hotel that you wish to book, click on the 'Book Now' button.
2. For each room you wish to book, select the arrival date,  the number of nights,  the type of room you want, and the number of adults or children per room. Select the approximate time of arrival and your choice of 'smoking' or 'non smoking' room when offered and click on 'Continue' button.
3. Fill in the form with all the personal details requested, then click on 'Book Now' button.
4. On the next page, check the information recapitulating your booking. If you wish to change it, click on the 'Cancel' button.
5. If you wish to continue, tick the box asking you to accept the hotel's General Sales Terms And Conditions after reading them then click on the 'Submit the booking' button.
6. On the next page, enter the type, number of credit card you will be using to guarantee you booking and the number, the name of the card holder, its expiry date and the figures of the cryptogram on the back of the card. Then click on the 'Pay Now' button.
7. The last page informs you that your booking has been registered and gives you your booking number. You can print this page by clicking on the your print button on your computer.
8. You will receive an email from us recapitulating your booking details.
9. In the terms of 24 hours /Mon – Fri, 09:00-18:30h/, you will receive our final 'Booking Confirmation Sheet'. You can print this page by clicking on the your print button on your computer. Be sure you keep and  bring this Booking Confirmation Sheet upon arrival in the hotel.
10. If you want to receive Invoice, please tick the box asking you 'Do you need original invoice?'. You will receive scanned copy with stamp and signature to your e-mail address. If you need the Invoice to be received to a postal address, please contact us at: office@alexandertour.com
