Location: Helios SPA & Resort is situated only 15 minutes drive from the loveliest Bulgarian city, Varna, the Black Sea capital of Bulgaria, 30 minutes from Varna International Airport, 200 meters from the Black Sea and the gorgeous beaches of the Golden Sands Resort.

Accommodation: The hotel complex offers 4* and 5 * stars accommodation. There are single, double and family rooms and apartments.

Facilities: The hotel is air-conditioning. There are room service, safety deposit boxes, money exchange, laundry and dry cleaning, business centre, simultaneous interpretation facilities, children playground, outdoor parking lot, rentacar, hair and beauty salon, restaurant, bar/pub, Medical services are available for the guests as well. There are also tennis court, fitness centre, indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, solarium, sauna, massage, hydrojet.

Booking chain

The booking chain is as follows:
1. Once you have chosen the hotel that you wish to book, click on the 'Book Now' button.
2. For each room you wish to book, select the arrival date,  the number of nights,  the type of room you want, and the number of adults or children per room. Select the approximate time of arrival and your choice of 'smoking' or 'non smoking' room when offered and click on 'Continue' button.
3. Fill in the form with all the personal details requested, then click on 'Book Now' button.
4. On the next page, check the information recapitulating your booking. If you wish to change it, click on the 'Cancel' button.
5. If you wish to continue, tick the box asking you to accept the hotel's General Sales Terms And Conditions after reading them then click on the 'Submit the booking' button.
6. On the next page, enter the type, number of credit card you will be using to guarantee you booking and the number, the name of the card holder, its expiry date and the figures of the cryptogram on the back of the card. Then click on the 'Pay Now' button.
7. The last page informs you that your booking has been registered and gives you your booking number. You can print this page by clicking on the your print button on your computer.
8. You will receive an email from us recapitulating your booking details.
9. In the terms of 24 hours /Mon – Fri, 09:00-18:30h/, you will receive our final 'Booking Confirmation Sheet'. You can print this page by clicking on the your print button on your computer. Be sure you keep and  bring this Booking Confirmation Sheet upon arrival in the hotel.
10. If you want to receive Invoice, please tick the box asking you 'Do you need original invoice?'. You will receive scanned copy with stamp and signature to your e-mail address. If you need the Invoice to be received to a postal address, please contact us at: office@alexandertour.com

The rates are valid per adult per day.

The price includes: breakfast, resort fee and hotel insurance.

Discounts:

  • Child upto 2 years: free of charge
  • Child 2-12 years on extra bed in room with 2 adults: free of charge
  • Child 2-12 years on regular bed in double room: 50%
  • 2nd child 2-12 years on extra bed in family room: 50% of the bed in room with park view
  • 2nd child 2-12 years on extra bed in apartment: 50% of the bed in room with sea view
  • Adult on extra bed in double room(Helios Spa & Resort 4*/5*) - 30% of the room`s rate
  • Adult on extra bed in family room 4*/5*: 30%of the bed in room park view.
