Facilities: Spacious AC lobby, conference hall - 5 halls, business center, SPA center, large outdoor swimming. Size of the pool - 1200 sq. m. Open from: 08.00-18.30. Consists of: large show pool, swimming pool, children's pool equipped with water attractions. Entrance at the pool, sun beds and umbrellas are free of charge for the guests of the hotel, children swimming pool, indoor swimming pool - 200 sq.m, fitness, squash, hair dresser, manicure and pedicure, shops, art Gallery, internet halls, video games, billiard, children playground, garage and parking.

Booking chain

The booking chain is as follows:
1. Once you have chosen the hotel that you wish to book, click on the 'Book Now' button.
2. For each room you wish to book, select the arrival date, the number of nights, the type of room you want, and the number of adults or children per room. Select the approximate time of arrival and your choice of 'smoking' or 'non smoking' room when offered and click on 'Continue' button.
3. Fill in the form with all the personal details requested, then click on 'Book Now' button.
4. On the next page, check the information recapitulating your booking. If you wish to change it, click on the 'Cancel' button.
5. If you wish to continue, tick the box asking you to accept the hotel's General Sales Terms And Conditions after reading them then click on the 'Submit the booking' button.
6. On the next page, enter the type, number of credit card you will be using to guarantee you booking and the number, the name of the card holder, its expiry date and the figures of the cryptogram on the back of the card. Then click on the 'Pay Now' button.
7. The last page informs you that your booking has been registered and gives you your booking number. You can print this page by clicking on the your print button on your computer.
8. You will receive an email from us recapitulating your booking details.
9. In the terms of 24 hours /Mon – Fri, 09:00-18:30h/, you will receive our final 'Booking Confirmation Sheet'. You can print this page by clicking on the your print button on your computer. Be sure you keep and bring this Booking Confirmation Sheet upon arrival in the hotel.
10. If you want to receive Invoice, please tick the box asking you 'Do you need original invoice?'. You will receive scanned copy with stamp and signature to your e-mail address. If you need the Invoice to be received to a postal address, please contact us at: office@alexandertour.com

Discounts:

A child up to 1.99 years old incl. - FREE of charge
A child 2,00-11,99 years old incl. Accommodated on an extra bed in a room with 2 adults - the accommodation and the meals for the child are free of charge.
One adult accommodated in a room with one child (2,00-11,99 years old incl.) - the child is charged 50 % from the adult's price.
One adult accommodated in a room with two children (2,00-11,99 years old incl.) - the 1^st child is charged 50 % from the adult's price and the 2^nd child if FREE of charge.
Two adults and two children (2,00-11,99 incl.) accommodated in one room - both children are FREE of charge.
Family /two adults and two children/ accommodated in a family room, consisting of 2 rooms with connecting door - each child is charged 50% from the adult's price, which is with 4 EUR supplement per adult per day to the normal adult price.
Third adult accommodated on extra bed gets 40% reduction in all hotels, except in the all inclusive clubs & ultra all inclusive ones where the third adult will be accommodated on an extra bed and will get 20% discount.
